Five scheduled crons across UTC 03:00–10:00
Each auction lot we ingest is matched against a canonical key (distillery, age, vintage, bottling year, bottler, cask, edition). All prices are hammer prices in GBP, excluding buyer's premium (which adds 24–28% at most houses).
Where we have bottle-specific hammer data, we surface the latest observed price and a monthly median. Where we don't, we fall back to distillery-level monthly medians aggregated by WhiskyHunter across major auction houses.
